5. It is strictly forbidden for the diamond cone tip to be perpendicular to the grinding wheel, to prevent the grinding wheel from bursting, damaging the diamond cone tip or hurting people.

6. The iron suction table must be clean. Before installing the card, wipe off the dust, iron filings and other debris on the table to ensure that the table has sufficient suction force to face the workpiece.

7. The workpiece must be clamped with a special vise or directly sucked onto the work surface, but for small and high workpieces, auxiliary irons must be added to the left and right to prevent the workpiece from flying out during grinding.

8. When grinding, start the grinding wheel first, and then adjust the gap between the grinding wheel and the workpiece. During the trial grinding, the standard shall prevail. Do not cut too much. Generally, coarse grinding 2-3 wires and fine grinding 1 wire.

9. It is strictly forbidden to grind the drill bit above Φ4 on the grinder wheel.

10. During grinding, the grinding wheel housing should be drilled. It is strictly forbidden to pull the grinding wheel housing to prevent the grinding wheel from being injured.

11. After the machine is started, it is strictly forbidden for the operator to leave the machine.

12. Clean up the debris and site in time after work.
